WOVEN ARTLAND
Nordic landscapes in woven form, where texture, color, and intuition create a world to explore.
Each piece is an intuitive interpretation of nature, inviting the viewer to discover hidden details and layers inspired by forest, sea, and light along the Nordic coast.
PAINTED ARTLAND
A graphic exploration of stillness, where the intuitive white line traces the balance between form and emotion.
Each painting is a meditative journey on canvas, defined by minimalist strokes and organic silhouettes. Through a free-flowing process, the line finds its own path, creating a visual language that is both simple and deeply personal. An invitation to pause and discover the quiet rhythm of the hand.
WOOD ARTLAND
A quiet dialogue between paint and wood. Each piece follows the natural rhythm of the material, where grain, texture, and color become part of the composition. Through intuitive gestures and calm, layered surfaces, the paintings invite a slower gaze. A meditative exploration on wood.
UNIKA DRAWING
More than lines on paper, these unika drawings are a meditation in motion. A sacred dialogue between the hand and the spirit, where every stroke is a reflection of a deeper presence.
ARTIST PROFILE
Camillasila is a Denmark-based artist whose practice moves between painting, drawing, and woven paintings. Her work is driven by intuition, curiosity, and a deep sensitivity to rhythm, form, and color. Each piece unfolds as part of an evolving visual language where movement and emotion shape the composition.
Working intuitively, Camillasila creates artworks that balance structure and flow. Her woven paintings and painterly lines move between geometric and organic forms, often guided by a rhythmic and meditative process. The works invite the viewer into quiet spaces of reflection where color, texture, and line become carriers of calm energy.
Meditation has played an important role in the development of her artistic language. Early works explored circles and repeating patterns inspired by contemplative practice, creating visual fields of stillness and balance. Later, she began exploring the human form—particularly faces and female figures—where body and expression become both form and poetry, often connected through her characteristic light and flowing line.
Camillasila has studied art, drawing, and graphic design, and her experience as a makeup artist in the fashion and music industries, combined with work in special effects and theatre, has enriched her understanding of faces, bodies, and the nuances of visual composition.
Through both painting and woven works, her intention is to create art that radiates a gentle and contemplative presence—inviting the viewer to pause, breathe, and experience a moment of calm, joy, and reflection.
